The staff have been very helpful, especially as a relatively new customer. There has been some transition of staff but everything has been well covered during the change. I greatly appreciate the early opening time because for days I need to go to the office, I can drop off my pup in time to make the commute!
I joined the wellness program for my pup and that has worked well. I have also used the boarding option and spa services once and plan to in the future. I also took advantage of the program you ran before the holiday for the boarding package.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating when there are scheduling changes. They are so good with my dog and I can see how much they like her and care for her which gives me peace of mind.

Friendly staff, convenient location, easy in and out

I love a lot of things. I feel like my dog is well cared for. The hours are great and I live having the app to facilitate appointments. I appreciate the grooming and boarding and the ease of setting that up as well. Every person I have met there has also been absolutely wonderful!

My dog has a great time. He plays and interacts with lots of staff and pups. He comes home happily exhausted from all the playing.

Caring and knowledgeable stafg

My dog enjoys his time there and it does not appear to be overly crowded. I feel like my dog gets the attention he needs during the day. My dog gets excited when I mention Dogtopia.
