Seem to care about the dogs and are very friendly

I love that you know my dog’s name, and that you work to make drop off and pick up easy, even in a busy commercial area.

—Staff is always very friendly, helpful!; always seem happy to see my dog, and even more importantly, my dog is excited to see them! I rarely use the word ALWAYS in reviews but it is literally every time for these.
—Staff know me and my dog upon morning arrival and pickup-feels like they genuinely love the dogs and what they do.

Fluffy loves Rita, she is an awesome groomer. He is always so happy because he feels and looks so good.

I have yet to use it as a customer. I only had a meet and greet but I liked the people and what I saw.

It would be nice to receive “report card” each time. I am sure they might be time consuming, but appreciate it when we receive general information (specific if necessary) about the day she had. Doesn’t need to include “friend” information, so could possibly be redesigned, make it as staff-friendly as possible, but still giving a sense of the day and behavior.

The staff was EXTREMELY nice and I felt so comfortable leaving my Kardi there she will definitely be a regular there I love it

Great staff, close to my house, clean & friendly

We love the friendly and accommodating staff! Also the schedule. My only critic is that the boarding pick up time on Sundays is too early. People board because they are out of town, and not back by lunch time. Something more in the evening would be better.
