Grooming and I will be using daycare and boarding

I feel that providing the ability to book for grooming online would be very helpful as well as having more help with grooming We find that the grooming books up very quickly which has us contemplating other places for grooming although we love the service you provide it feels unreasonable for grooming to be booked out 6/8 weeks. We have friends who feel the same and take their dogs elsewhere for grooming. Otherwise we love our experience with you guys. This next piece isn’t really a comment about this location but more about what happened to a friends dog at another Dogtopia. Her dogs slip collar got caught on another dogs slip resulting in her dog being choked until he passed out which then resulted in another dog attacking her dog while he was down. Her dog has had 2 months if treatments since this incident and the slip collars do scare me after hearing this. If there’s an alternative I’d recommend exploring as this could’ve been prevented it seems. Thanks for all you guys do. We truly appreciate it!!

All of it! From the friendly staff to the nice clean facility, video access to check in on your dogs and 2 attendants in each play room makes this a wonderful place to let our dogs burn off energy, socialize and play.

Rex loves going to daycare and everyone treats him so well . I recommend it to everyone when they tell me they are looking for a place to send their pups

I like the friendliness of the staff. Hemi is always excited to go there, so I know he likes it.

I LOVE sending Linus to Dogtopia. The way everyone welcomed him and took time to let him settle in and then found the best fit for him with his room. It’s been amazing. The owner is great and every member of the staff is wonderful. Linus has become more confident and has such great days because of everyone there! I can’t say enough good things about our experiences here!

It would be nice if you were able to make grooming options when you are boarding your dog. I’d love to be able to use your grooming services, but they are always booked out. It seems like it would work to make exceptions or fit in the boarding dogs if requested? Otherwise, I probably won’t use your grooming as it is inconvenient.
