The employees are absolutely awesome and our dog seems to always have a great time. There are 2 issues that could be improved upon… 1) he is frequently filthy when we pick him up, and 2) he is sometimes scratched up, apparently from wrestling around with other dogs. We understand that our dog is a bit “playful” and assertive himself but sometimes the scratches are a bit deep so it would be appreciated if dogs could be more closely supervised and separated more quickly whenever possible. One last thing… customers should not be allowed, much less encouraged, to park on the sidewalk in front of the building. It is incredibly inconvenient for those of us who are not too lazy to find an actual parking spot. Frankly, it’s rude and a safety issue.
