The staff is AMAZING!! I only wish the dogs went outside more often. I understand when it is too hot outside or too cold but not the excuse of too many dogs, my solution would be to go in shifts even for 15 minutes, otherwise I highly recommend.
my dog almost always comes home smelling of urine and has to be bathed frequently. it would be helpful to have her come home smelling clean and fresh and not just sprayed with perfume or wiped down.
I like that the dogs are not in cages all day.

Our dog was happy to go and was well taken care of both for daycare and boarding. We liked that we could have webcam access to check on him while we were away and see that he was having a great time.
You were concerned about our dug Sandy when there were bugs in the food I left for her. You took care of it by feeding your food to her.
She had a bath the nails clipped. Wonderful service. We will bring Sandy again when we need to go out of town.
