I love the staff (each genuinely care about and know your pup), I love the personal touches (photos on social media/theme events/etc), I love that I can check in on the live videos when I’m at work if I want, and I love that you offer grooming services(we take advantage of nail trims often).

The staff were all really friendly and kind, answered all of my questions and gave me a thorough overview of the fees, amenities and a tour of the space. They asked me a lot of questions about my dog, which tells me they really value safety which made me feel so much more comfortable about leaving my dog there. They also allowed me to bring her bed/toys etc so she’d feel as comfy as possible.
The staff is amazing! Gracie gets so excited to go in the morning.
The hours are convenient. The staff is always very friendly and always available to answer any questions and my dog has an awesome time there as he is always exhausted at the end of the day. He always looks forward to going there as well.
