Dogtopia is GREAT.
The staff is great. Our dog always comes home worn out from his day of play. He runs to the door when we say Dogtopia or doggie daycare.
The team in Yorktown truly loves my dog – it’s so obvious to me. And Winston is so excited to go and see his friends. I love how accommodating you are. If staff is in early — and you know I need to high tail it into the city, you let me drop off early. I just feel good about leaving my baby boy there.
I’ve been sending my pup to dogtopia Yorktown for almost 4 years and love it even more than I did the first day I dropped my pup off. Life happens and schedules change dogtopia is always flexible and accommodating! Added bonus are the grooming services and boarding. Truly a one stop shop!
I like the convenience of being able to make the appts and drop off/ pick up. They do a great job with Baths.
The staff are so friendly, helpful, and patient. You can tell they really love all the dogs!
The app also makes it incredibly easy to book in for services and keep track of everything, the camera is also super fun!
