Very convenient, careful, and communicative
Fix the ventilation system to get rid of the incredibly strong ammonia smell on humid and/or wet days. Also the A/C does not always keep the facility cool. I have walked into the lobby and it was 78 degrees. Lastly the facility needs to run 2 rooms for large fogs when the numbers are over 20 large fogs in the room

I like the fact that you are located 5 minutes away, someone is with the dogs at all times and the webcams. The staff is friendly.

Dogs really have a great time at Dogtopia. You can see it in the dogs’ behavior. They cannot wait to go.

My dog returns happy from his visits and has no odor as he had at another facility is used twice. Dogtopia staff are genuine dog lovers and their attitude is apparent in every interaction. I love watching my dog in the group when I come to pick him up. He is not cowering in a corner or hiding; he is part of the group.
Excellent, caring staff. Easy to make appointments with the app. My dog really enjoys being there.
Please open a site in Croton on Hudson NY! So many dogs and only 1 small daycare that is already full.
