The smell of the facility. The last 3 times we have taken our pups there they have came home smelling like pee.
I just started sending my dog to Dogtopia in Raleigh this week. I was surprised at the state of the place. It smells like urine when you walk in the door, and my dog comes with a urine odor on his fur. It didn’t used to be this way; when I sent my dog there back in 2020, it was much cleaner and fresher smelling. I don’t know if you need to replace your mop water more frequently or use more effective cleaners, but if it doesn’t change I may need to find a different daycare for my dog.

Use a better cleaning solution for the floors and crates. My dog seems to have a good time but comes home smelling awful and the facility itself always smells dogish.
I like to use the camera to see my dog while I’m away.
My dog seems to really enjoy his time there, which is the most important thing. The staff are always pleasant to deal with. I enjoy that I can check in when I can or feel like it, but the cameras are not always working.
I love that everything was well explained for my meet and greet. I could absolutely smell how clean it was as soon as I walked in. Being able to check on my dog throughout the day was definitely and added bonus. Will definitely be back soon
