Great activities and oversight of the dogs, friendly and enthusiastic staff
Great support staff, vaccination checking, protection for our pet, convenient hours, and clean facilities.

The staff is welcoming and genuinely cares about their “charges”. And Gussie loves it there
It is a bit pricey. For one night and a couple hours on either side to be $120 / dog is expensive.
I would like for the staff not to park right in front of the door during drop off. It’s really annoying that the staff park in the few spaces available. Not sure if on the street parking is off limits but there should be some allowances for customers.
Let’s not be so tied down to the 7 am opening. If there is a staff meeting I get it. But most of the time I try to wait but other people walk right in and drop off their dog and nothing happens. When I try to in at 6:58, I am told its not 7. so let’s be consistent.
The staff is so friendly and genuinely care about the dogs. I have only been to the meet and greet so far, but I got recommendations from two colleagues about the North Raleigh location about how great they are. I’m looking forward to getting to know them better.

The staff really enjoy the dogs and the dogs know it! Bella feels very comfortable going there and acts like it is her second home.
