I loved the note at the end of the stay on how Gracie was while she stayed at Dogtopia.

Very professional and caring staff.

The main area of improvement would be organization and communication. Whenever we come in it’s very clear that the staff is panicked and unorganized. The staff never knows if we have been there before or if we have done the necessary steps for daycare screening ahead of time. It does make me wonder if our dogs are safe because it seems chaotic but they come home happy and the grooming is great so we think it’s just a lack of structure or training up front.

Everything!! Convenience of daycare is exceptional. Not needing an appointment and just dropping off my dog as needed is so flexible for me. My dog loves going to play with his friends. My groomer I use once a month is also exceptional. Very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I may have. I have used boarding once and was sad to leave my dog but felt confident his needs would be fulfilled. I love to use the camera to watch my dog when he is there. I wish the camera was more reliable. It doesn’t connect with my phone often. All employees are very kind and knowledgeable also. Thank you Dogtopia

The friendly employees and we feel that our dog is in good hands every time he gets dropped off.

Everyone has been great at this location from groomers to daycare. Enjoy watching my puppy on the webcams while out of town. Knowing shes in good hands and not stuck in her crate most of the day is a great relief!
