Happy dogs!!
The boarding service is great! My mom’s dog was well taken care of and the staff is friendly and caring.
The staff!!! They are so friendly and they treat the dogs like their own. You can tell that they really love working there and it’s nice to know our dog is in great care.
I’ve enjoyed going to NW Dogtopia. Merriam (sp?) does a great job with my dog Winifred. I can tell that Winifred enjoys seeing her as well. I just started trying out day care and after a bit, Winifred seemed to settle in. My only issue was she was in the toy box room last time and for some reason that was the only web cam that wouldn’t load for me. However, it was pretty clear that Fred had a great time because she came home and went right down for nap time. Thanks!
I like that i can view the web cameras while my dog is there. Staff is always sweet when I bring Dax in
One thing that is frustrating me is when I purchased my daycare days I could use them at the other Dogtopia facilities in Omaha, but have since been told that I cannot transfer them. I have moved further away from the original Dogtopia and have one that I pass on my way to work that I can no longer transfer to. Just frustrating when I have to go out of my way in the morning when I’m driving right past one.
All the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They know my dog by name and personality. Even when our Dogtopia location is very busy at times, they are patient and caring.
My dog LOVES Dogtopia and when I say “dog park” he’s so happy. He would live there if he could! I deeply appreciate the military discount for services as a retired member of our armed forces. I can go to work with no concerns for the care and activity of my dog all day long, which is a great relief and lowers my daily stress. Worth every single penny!!
Libby cuts my dog beautifully! The first time she was pretty spot on with what we wanted. The 2nd time she absolutely nailed it! I’d never have anyone else cut her if we ever got that lucky.
Thank you also to the kind ladies who greet us at the front. Their smiles mean a lot.
My dog was there for a week and I have NO idea how he did. Most of the time the cameras wouldn’t load in the app or on the website, which I get, technology can be fickle. But then upon picking him up nothing was said to me about his stay. It would be nice to hear at least that he had a good time! He loves coming, so I know he is in good hands! But it would be nice to have a little more insite on his stay.
Our dog, Captain, is excited to visit his friends when I drop him off for daycare. He comes home tired so I know he’s been active. The staff that I interact with know him as he comes in even though he doesn’t come regularly. Great place!
Always friendly and patient staff and our pup loves playing with all his friends both human and fur!
