Check in process is very easy and love that I can check in on my pooch during the day by looking at the webcams!
My dog loves to visit his friends (both human and dog) at daycare. It’s always great to walk in the door and have him recognized by name by the staff. He has a lot of separation anxiety when he is left alone, so this is a perfect way for him to both get some energy out and avoid the stress of being home alone all day.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and they are highly receptive to constructive criticism. It makes me feel so much better leaving my puppy with people who will listen to concerns I have and reach out to help alleviate those worries!
I like being able to drop off without an appointment. The front desk staff knows my dog by name! My dog loves to play with other dogs and loves to go outside! I like being able to check on him with the webcams. He comes home from Dogtopia happy and tired!

It would be really nice to have access to payment history, dates that memberships expire, and how many days are left on passes though the app. I’ve ran into a couple problems with figuring out billing in the past. The one billing error created a problem that lasted for weeks, and I had no way to show what had happened to employees. It also made it so I couldn’t catch the problem before it because more of a problem.
This may just be me, but I would also appreciate more water bowls being put out in each room each day, especially in the summer months. It may be limited for health reasons for the dogs, so I completely understand if this isn’t possible. However, I’ve noticed that even when my dog goes to get water, he doesn’t find any half the time.
It’s always great to bring my dog in! Just about everyone recognizes him every day, and it always makes me feel better about leaving him with people that care about him just as much as I do!
Super friendly staff that were great at explaining everything. Clean and well staffed to insure the best care for my dog. Very impressed and excited to continue sending George on a regular basis.
