The personalization and one on one at the meet and greet. We felt so special! The live webcam and FB photos are the CUTEST. The staff are all extremely sweet and you can tell they genuinely love the dogs.

My first impression when I walked in was so welcoming – they had my dogs name on the sign, which was so cute. When they took my dog back, there was a girl at the front (I can’t remember her name but she was so great!) who walked my through and explained everything – she was very knowledgable, and excited to tell me about it. My dog had a really great day for his meet and greet and I look forward to bringing him regularly!

I like that you have webcams in the playrooms so we can check up on Luna. She seems to really enjoy being there with all the other dogs. We feel very comfortable leaving our pup with you.

The web cams. The staff are great, very professional and responsive. I like being able to book appointments online. I like the flexibility of the one week program as it accommodates my work schedule. I can time my dog’s visit with days I’m extra busy.
