The staff is fantastic and go out of their way to accommodate any request I have. They honestly go above and beyond to help. The extra events they plan every month for our dogs to enjoy is absolutely amazing. Our dog Chuko goes there three times a week and every day he is too excited to go as soon as he hears word daycare he is up and by the door waiting.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, love how they watch the dogs and interact with them!
They know when dogs need a break, they have explained certain behaviours to me. I did not know that some dogs who are stressed or anxious will attempt to mount other dogs… Good to know it isn’t all about dominance. Also they explained to me that sometimes dogs need to learn to how to express boundaries, rather than the staff constantly doing it for them.
The staff have even taken one of my dogs out to visit one-on-one with them during their lunch break.
They are all easy to approach and ask questions and are friendly/professional.

How friendly and welcoming everyone is. I also enjoy the extra treats and games they provide for the dogs, and especially the pictures and gifts for the owners!

Easy pick up and drop off. Friendly staff that seem to care about the dogs. And the video feed to see the dogs having a great day.
I can see my dog anytime through webcams & the staff is very nice & they handle my dog with love & care.
The best staff and secured facilities! Very professional team, well organized and they don’t waste any moment to have fun and special events with the doggies. And in top of that, they’re super polite and nice to all doggies. They are just the best!
I love everything about Dogtopia’s services! My pup gets socialized, gets energy out, gets to participate in activities and they even have grooming available! They actually care about the dogs that go there and it shows! I love how you can check in anytime on the cameras and they are amazing at keeping you updated with anything you may need to know!
All the staff are so friendly and clearly love all the dogs. I love the online booking system as well!
