If the surveys are not going to be anonymous, and management would like to discuss my answers, it would be appreciated if it was done in private via telephone or e-mail. It made me very uncomfortable to have a staff member initiate a conversation regarding a previous survey in the lobby, especially in front of other staff members, one of which I had discussed in my survey. I admire Dogtopia’s commitment to improvement. My dog has a great time there every week.

Everyone knows my dogs name .. everyone is so sweet and loving to my dog ..My dog loves to come and I have boarded her many times and they take good care of her
