The service my dog received
It would be nice if you had an outside area (covered or not) for the dogs. I realize the staff do an excellent job cleaning up after the dogs, but the smell is almost unbearable. This may be due to the cleaning products. I brought both my dogs for a bath and they were very clean but they still smelled like the facility. Thanks for all you do!

The staff is friendly, lots of staff available so not having to wait. The facility is super clean! Love the videos to watch, gives piece of mind. Love the opportunity for nap time during the dog so the pups don’t burn out.
The staff is VERY attentive – not only to the fur babies but the fur parents! Every time I use one of their services, they are prompt, professional and always provide a smile. I feel fortunate to have them near my house and can count on them when I need them.

I can’t say enough wonderful things! Everyone there is Awesome. My Reesie Cup loves going, and they genuinely love to see her. Thank you for everything, and thanks again for taking care of this old veteran!
You all are very caring for Josie Rae. She loves going there. I wish we could bring her there more but her arthritis limits us for her to go.
