I was very impressed the first time I took my lab for the spa package. Everyone was so nice and friendly to both I and my dog. She has been twice for the spa.
This last time I was not as happy with her results. Maybe they were rushed. She was still damp when they brought her out. She didn’t have the wonderful smell that she did the first time. Her front nails were cut but not buffed. They had slivers of nail on the edges and I couldn’t tell if her back nails had even been trimmed
.
I will go back, but I wont leave with her until I’m satisfied. .
