The staff are truly amazing. Extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable and communicative. Very flexible and willing to work with you. The friendliest folks too. If you’re thinking of trying Dogtopia call and ask for Quin, the manager. She’s awesome and can answer all your questions!

Compassionate and fun with my dogs

As a dog mom, trusting someone else to care for my baby is a huge deal. Teddie is my only child, and after trying several dog daycares, I knew they just weren’t the right fit. He would hesitate to go inside, and I could tell he wasn’t happy. Everything changed when we found Dogtopia of Southlake.

Now, as soon as we pull into the parking lot, Teddie can’t wait to jump out of the car and run to the staff. That alone tells me everything I need to know. They don’t just watch him, they genuinely love him, and it’s obvious that he loves them right back. In fact, besides me, the team at Dogtopia is the only group of people Teddie willingly lets touch him, which says so much about the trust and bond they’ve built with him.

Whether he’s there for daycare or grooming, I know he’s being treated like family. The staff always greet him with excitement, take incredible care of him, and make me feel completely at ease whenever I leave him. That peace of mind is priceless. Dogtopia of Southlake has become so much more than a daycare, it’s Teddie’s second home.

Our dog love everything about it! We feel comfortable leaving him to play!
