Your biggest issue compared to others I’ve used is the mandatory crating from 12-2pm. And i’ve been in there and you have dogs crated at 11:30am and I was very upset when coming at 5pm the other day that Margot was crated when many others were out. My small dog, Zoe, can be crated and do just fine; Margot cannot be crated at all. Which is why I am forced to either bring her in the morning or afternoon which is a hassle. If I get caught up in the morning and it’s 9:30am I don’t even bother because I figure she’s barely got 2 hrs of play time. Let me be clear – I do NOT want Margot crated again in any of the half days I bring her. There still was virtually no sensible reason why she was last time and no one could give me one. I don’t trust it was pure coincidence when I showed up this was the case. If there is a problem you should discuss with me.

The customer service, clear explanation of services offered and live the ability to check on my pup by viewing the cameras. Especially appreciated the slow introduction of my pup to other dogs to reduce his anxieties.

I am so grateful for the wonderful care that my dog receives from everyone at that place. They have been consistently kind, attentive, and welcoming to him. It’s clear that they genuinely enjoy having him there, and it warms my heart to know that he is in such good hands. The socialization he gets with the other dogs is truly invaluable, and I feel lucky to have found such a great environment for him.

Love the app and all of the employees! Everyone is so friendly and they really care about my pups!

The place, the people, but Idont like off the Camara 12:00 to 14:00.

My dogs are well taken care of and have fun. Yes, sometimes they get hurt (like Dasher) but they are dogs – and I don’t fault anyone for that. You took care of him and removed him from the play area and pursued me until I was able to come and get him.

And, since this is really about how my dogs feel – they are always looking forward to coming in!

How well everyone treats Bella and myself every time we come in

Everything from start to finish. The team, the incredibly fun activities and photo shoots, the safety and, above all, the joy my dogs have every time they go. So grateful to Shawnee and her team for the most amazing experience and communication-more than 5 stars!
