Everyone is very nice and always has updates after visits and takes their time to know every fur child that comes in.
The staff is super nice to my dog and to me! They listen to any concerns and are parient in answering any questions I have. I also love the different themed weeks and days, the opportunity to purchase treats for my dog during the day and love the pictures. This is the only place I feel safe with leaving my dog. My dogs safety is very important to me and my peace of mind. I feel that Dogtopia of Southlake gives me that peace.

Our goldendoodle has so much fun at playgroup twice a week! My only “complaint” would be the black floors that dirty her fur…with all of the water sloshed out of the bowls, the cleanups from the dogs, and then if there are bubbles that she gets filthy. Very grateful when the staff offers to bathe her before we take her home when they notice how dirty she is at the end of the day. Curious why the floors are not stained concrete which would be much cleaner. We go to the Southlake, TX location.
