Staff is positive and helpful. We have a dog with special health considerations. The general manager came out to report on how she did in her first day care (all great), and offered an idea for next day care to ensure our pup did not overdo it in all the excitement. It is a great idea and unusual to see that kind of attention for one fur baby.
Staff always listens to our comments.
Everyone appears to really love dogs
I love how clean it is and how much everyone in the daycare take such good care of my pet.
Transparency or prices, knowledgeable and super friendly staff, schedule of play and mandatory nap time (perfect for my puppy), boarding options, monthly events, everything! I do wish there was a weekly wellness package for half days. But I will always recommend Dogtopia to anyone. Thank you for being so kind to my little girl!

Your biggest issue compared to others I’ve used is the mandatory crating from 12-2pm. And i’ve been in there and you have dogs crated at 11:30am and I was very upset when coming at 5pm the other day that Margot was crated when many others were out. My small dog, Zoe, can be crated and do just fine; Margot cannot be crated at all. Which is why I am forced to either bring her in the morning or afternoon which is a hassle. If I get caught up in the morning and it’s 9:30am I don’t even bother because I figure she’s barely got 2 hrs of play time. Let me be clear – I do NOT want Margot crated again in any of the half days I bring her. There still was virtually no sensible reason why she was last time and no one could give me one. I don’t trust it was pure coincidence when I showed up this was the case. If there is a problem you should discuss with me.
The customer service, clear explanation of services offered and live the ability to check on my pup by viewing the cameras. Especially appreciated the slow introduction of my pup to other dogs to reduce his anxieties.
