Staff and cleanliness of facility.
The staff is amazing!
Your staff CARE about my furbaby! I know that she’s happy and being monitored all day. She gets to play and I get peace of mind. Thank you!
Everyone that works there is very nice, and our dog Perly loves going there to see her friends in the romper room.
The Customer Service is awesome!! This was our first time bringing our dog there. While our dog did well, when we picked him up we noticed scratches on his legs and part of his undercarriage. The young lady at the front desk checked with the staff in the back and they stated that another dog was playing with our dog and the other dog grabbed him.
Even though this incident happened, I would give this location another chance.

We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Dogtopia, the staff is caring and supportive of our pets care.
The staff is always friendly and seemingly invested in Patrick’s (dog) well being. He loves going, and is always happy walking/running in.
The employees are very friendly and welcoming. They always remember my dog’s name. They get us in and out real quick to get to work or home in a timely manner.
I love that Koda feels safe and gets all the snuggles while I’m at work 🙂

Dogtopia of Springfield offers dog daycare, boarding, spa services and training in our spacious, off-leash facility. Since November of 2012, we’ve provided dog parents with a safe and fun place to leave their dog or pamper their pup.
