My furry BFF Heidi absolutely loves her 3 days a week at Dogtopia in Springfield. The staff there are all amazing and caring. I highly recommend their doggy daycare and boarding services.

My pup, Draconi seems to really enjoy the team and pups here. We tried another location but this one seems to be the right fit for his energy level. The staff is friendly, patient and communicates well about the day, any issues and what went well. He comes home tired and happy.

I normally don’t fill out these surveys, but my dog loves it at Dogtopia, sometimes he is down right rude in his excitement to get out of car when we pull in lol. Great staff that clearly love dogs and go out of their way to make it a fun environment.

Clean, professional, great communication, and our dog seems to like being there.

The staff are very friendly, remember all the dog names and so accommodating. It’s a great place to have my dog go for exercise and fun instead of being home by themselves!

Winnie is always so happy after she gets home from Dogtopia! Not only has Dogtopia helped improve her skills around other dogs, but she is much more comfortable around new humans too! The Dogtopia staff is always very friendly & attentive as well! We are so happy we found Dogtopia!!

Attentive to the dogs, care about the well being of the dogs

The $5 summer surcharge is absolutely awful. Please stop doing that. Also I’m so tired of requesting bathing or nail trims and having the location “forget.” There were times when I know I was charged for a service we didn’t receive. We try to avoid using Dogtopia at this point except that sometimes it’s our only option.

Staff is friendly and our dog loves it here. But it’s frustrating from an owner standpoint.
