My dogs are always so excited to go and always come home exhausted. They do a great job on baths/nails and my dogs are crazy, so I know it can’t be easy. They almost always have room, even when I need to book last minute.

I love that my dog loves it! Dogs are completely honest. I would know if she wasn’t enjoying her time at Dogtopia. I am always so thrilled to see how happy she is each time we arrive. She runs in, puts her paws up on the counter, and can’t wait to be brought back to the gym. She literally smiles at the staff when she arrives! She lets the staff pet and love on her, which she never allows anyone outside her family to do–she really loves the staff and her time with her doggie BFFs!

The strong smell upon entering is extremely strong and overwhelming. My dog begins sneezing immediately which worries me about her being there long periods of time.

I love that you group the dogs by size. I’ve seen my puppy romp and play in the Toy Box/Chest which she never did at the other daycare with all size dogs. (She just followed the humans around) At 4 months I also know she benefits from crate time. I like seeing how caring the staff is when I peek on the Webcam. They were blowing bubbles for the dogs the other day!

It’s a nice place and the people were great but there’s no outdoor area for the dogs to relieve themselves so my dogs would always come home smelling of pee and whatever deodorizer was used.

I love that the staff at Dogtopia Springfield treats my dogs like family .

The staff is very attentive to my dog and to me as an owner. They truly LOVE dogs. The facilities are always clean and the webcams make me feel comfortable in leaving my dog in their care.
