All of the staff members are attentive to our pups needs and tolerant of his quirks.
I like that I can watch my girl on the webcam during the day when I am away.
Dogs are well taken care of and they love it! Staff is remarkably friendly and knowledgeable about dogs. We trust them explicitly!

When dogs are in boarding, there should be no fee to pick up the dog when the dog is only staying after noon to get a bath done. It is very annoying to pick up the dog between 12-2 and have to be charged the daycare fee even though we only wanted the bath. It makes us not want to have our dog stay there as much
