The staff is always friendly and greet me and my dogs by name as we enter. I love the doggie cam, getting a chance to check in on how much fun my dogs are having during their stay. They always come back home worn out from play!

I don’t like that the dogs go to the bathroom indoors. That’s a setup for bad habits. Also I realize I guess I didn’t ask for my dog to be dried after his bath but when I got him after boarding + bath he smelled terrible!!!

Friendly staff who really care about the pets they serve. Also the positive and playful environment which allows the pets to throughly enjoy themselves.

The staff members at Dogtopia are genuinely interested in nurturing and caring for the dogs under their care. They are always pleasant and extremely nice when I drop off my dog and when I pick him up. Not too mention they are extremely accommodating to my schedule.

My dog was treated very well and was well cared for.

They mistook our dog for another dog yesterday and then initially wouldn’t take her because that dog was not current in vaccines. My husband had to call me to verify vaccine status before we got the whole checkin error figured out.

We liked the fact that the employees remember our pups and can give us a run down of how they did each time we pick them up. We appreciate how caring they are and how much are pups are well looked after.
