Friendly professional treatment of customers.

I would really like an option to change daycare plans online so I dont have to call/text every time my schedule changes.

I like the convenience of dog daycare and the boarding if needed.

Staff is always friendly and responsive. They all seem to really like the dogs, which is so important to us. They always let us know if our pug Buddy, needed a little “time out” if he was playing too hard with his ToyBox friends. The ToyBox and other rooms are clean.

I like that Dogtopia does fun things for both the dogs and their owners; like Puppy Bowl, and celebrating birthdays, holidays, and month long observances like Pride Month. And that they participate in the project to train service dogs for wounded military members.

The folks who provide the dog baths and other grooming do a fantastic job.

The hours that Dogtopia is open and available for daycare or extended stays are very convenient for us.

Finally, I love that when we ask Buddy “want to go play today at Dogtopia?” he always starts jumping around and heads for his harness and leash.

Cals experience has been awesome so far! From the team getting us in quickly for an evaluation to his first two days of amazing care! He comes home happy and exhausted and that’s all we can ask for!

We just love Dogtopia. They are friendly, organized and the staff there just loves our dog, Buster.
They really care about the health of your dog, for example, they make sure that all dogs are up to date on their canine influenza vaccines, so that there is not an outbreak of sickness while being boarded. They have live web cams so that you can see your dog in the doggie playroom from an app on your phone. Best of all, they are not cooped up in their crates all day. Instead, they roam around the playroom, making doggie friends and interacting with the staff.

The scheduling and pickup process is simple; being able to email you with questions or concerns is also convenient. Most of all, your staff has been patient in letting Luna get to know you and I am in awe how comfortable she has become at Dogtopia. Thank you so much.

My pup loves Dogtopia! It’s the only boarding facility where he freely runs back and is excited to be at! I was a little surprised/saddened to see that during his last boarding visit, I didn’t receive any daily updates/photos as I normally did. Did this feedback stop? I like how other boarding facilities will provide daily check-ins as well as a confirmation of when he received his meds. I was also a little concerned that when I picked him up, staff had given me his medication already measured out for the morning in a little baggie since it was due shortly after – the medication in the baggie was half the dose he should be receiving, so I’m hoping he was given the correct amount throughout his stay. It’s pretty significant that he receives the right dosage twice a day, as its seizure medication. Thanks!

I can trust that they’ll take good care of my dogs and I don’t have to worry while I’m away. I know my dogs are in good hands.
