Cleo always feels welcomed at Dogtopia Springfield and when she walks in stops, and cuddles with each staff person before going to the gym to play. Staff watch her and report any issues to me and that gives me comfort especially for a senior dog. I know that Cleo Is safe and cared for as the staff are also dog parents. Cleo has been a member of Dogtopia Springfield for over 7 years and there is no other place she’d rather be!

The dog cologne spray (if that’s what it is) smells way too much like vape, and persist too long. I can still smell it easily from several feet away after 48 hours!

Needs to be a more neutral scent and should dissipate overnight.

Everything else was great as usual

The friendly service and flexible hours. Kevin and Ashley are amazing and have been a heartbeat in the process of caring for my pets!

Been with this location for < 6 months but in the short period of time they detail orientated and have willingness to go the extra mile. I have seen them make efforts to genuinely care for all the dogs, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Very friendly staff and additional services are always available. Most of all, our dog loves attending daycare in this location.

I’m very happy with bringing my dog Emma to Dogtopia Springfield where I can see she has a great time running around with her friends. She comes home physically and mentally tired. I do mention to others that she goes to Dogtopia Springfield and how it is helpful for both me and Emma. She gets to play all day and I get to work or run errands while some caring professionals watch out for her.

Our pup now knows the word “Dogtopia” and begins leaping around with excitement to go.

Friendly staff. Would be good if dogs could go outside to go to the bathroom.
