Friendliness of the staff; responds to requests promptly
Our dogs love going to Dogtopia. They are always excited to play with the other dogs and get pets from the people who work there.
I LOVE the staff! Very professional and I know that my puppy is safe in their care.
Mackenzie started going to Dogtopia Springfield at about five months old and continued until almost 2 1/2 years. We only stopped because we moved out of the area. As with most places, the success or failure is all about the people who work there, and I have to say that the caregivers at Dogtopia Springfield are the best. They took such good care of Mackenzie when she was there for daycare and boarding. I trusted them completely and am so grateful for the love they gave our girl.
Flexibility and attentive to dogs!
Dogtopia offers many great options. The staff are very customer friendly and helpful. My dog seems to really enjoy himself so I started off small but have expanded his days in daycare.
Earlier drop off on Saturdays. At least 8am.

Dogtopia is a great place for Cory and he has benefitted from the social time and love of the employees there. The team has many fun events including Dog of the week announcement. MY elderly Monther, Aged 89 posts photos of Cory having fun on many holidays on her door. The service is a blessing for our family- thank you
Staff is friendly and helpful. I just wish you had an outdoor area to take the dogs outside.

Dogtopia of Springfield offers dog daycare, boarding, spa services and training in our spacious, off-leash facility. Since November of 2012, we’ve provided dog parents with a safe and fun place to leave their dog or pamper their pup.
