Great customer service, friendly staff, convenient hours, fair pricing with weekly membership, separate small and big dogs, clean facility

The people on the team are fantastic! I love that you provide great care for my dogs and you find ways to engage me in their care even when I’m not with them.

I wish someone stayed on site overnight for safety. My dog is also too big for the toy box, but feels more comfortable around smaller dogs. I wish the romper room would be used more for these types of dogs as the gym looks overwhelmed with large dogs pretty often.

Staff are always very personable & welcoming of Myrtle.

I love how accommodating they are to my schedule when things change. I like the pricing and savings if I’m part of a plan, which I am. My dog loves going there and I love being able to check up on her from time to time on the nest cameras.

I have no suggestions at the moment. Sometimes my dog eats the other dogs poop but thats something I need to work on with her.

The staff is very attentive and clearly care about each dog. Even my dog, who has separation anxiety, is excited to go each day.

This facility is clean and staff is great. I wish the dogs can go outside to do the business.
