Staff are always very personable & welcoming of Myrtle.

I love how accommodating they are to my schedule when things change. I like the pricing and savings if I’m part of a plan, which I am. My dog loves going there and I love being able to check up on her from time to time on the nest cameras.

I have no suggestions at the moment. Sometimes my dog eats the other dogs poop but thats something I need to work on with her.

The staff is very attentive and clearly care about each dog. Even my dog, who has separation anxiety, is excited to go each day.

There is no turf anywhere, I would like to see that returned. Especially because there is no outdoor section to the facility. Suite Sharing (for dogs who are sleeping over with siblings/friends). My friend and I had a wedding to go to, and I suggested boarding with dogtopia. She had never used your services before and was a bit nervous leaving him alone. Both our dogs are good friends, and it would have been nice to have a room where they wouldn’t be alone at night.

My dog loves coming in, that wouldn’t happen if the dogs weren’t getting along, having fun, or if the staff was unkind. I love that I can watch him on camera, and see how his day is going. I love that Dogtopia offers “extras” on some days. Fun things for dogs and their parents to look forward too. And that they give back! That’s a big bonus
