Location and front desk employees are nice
When we first moved to Temecula, we searched for daycare and boarding for our 8 year old lab mix – she’s a big girl but extremely gentle and kind. While several dog places wouldn’t evne consider our dog due to her size, Dogtopia gladly accepter her. We have been utilizing their services ever since and have loved their customer service. More importantly, our dog loves Dogtopia – and so do we.
Answer phones more often.
Very friendly staff and our dogs always seem excited to go there
