They truly care about what is best for the dogs!

They are really good w my dog who’s not always keen on going anywhere without me. And I love that I can hop on the cameras and see how she’s doing ! Bea is always happy when I come to get her She comes home happy and tired after having fun w her doggy friends !

Receptionist (all staffs) always greeted us with a smile and always happy. Online bookings and confirmations are so convenient.

1) I love the different options for pricing/flexibility
2) The webcams are a nice feature
3) It’s very convenient that this location offers boarding AND daycare. We were looking for a place that offered both so that our dog could get used to a location before actually needing to spend the night

Excellent customer service – the friendly yet professional manner expressed by all employees was top-notch. They genuinely care about the dogs and that is critical in making a decision of which location we feel comfortable bringing our dog. In addition, the location, the cleanliness, the various services, and price points are great features as well. Dogtopia of Temecula is the best location for our dog.

I normally set up boarding when I’m out & about for a few days. Everyone is so friendly & my dog gets excited every time we go there. She really loves socializing with her new friends & the spa service that is offered is amazing.

Thank you for the work that you do! Your program, experience, love, guidance and interaction with my pups has improved their happiness and mine too, because of that. My eldest pup is a rescue and fully enjoys being around other dogs, but is nervous around people. I don’t know her background but it breaks my heart to see her struggle trusting people. Your team observes/reads her behavior and handles her with respect. As a result she feels safe and more confident. Overall, she is clearly happier. My youngest pup is happy, loving, full of energy and excitement. Sometimes he needs to calm down. Your handlers do a perfect job communicating that to him, by crating him for some time, then returning him to the pack. He loves everyone and really enjoys romping with other pups. Clean, friendly employees, dog happy when we pick him up. I like that there is a staff member in the okay rooms with all of the dogs at all times.
