The staff is super nice and they seem to work hard and enjoy their jobs. If I could improve anything it would be to have the place cleaner inside and out. The outside of the building has a lot of poop and pee and the inside had a strong urine odor but looked clean.
Everyone is so friendly and really care about my pup. He is always so happy when we take him to Dogtopia and when we pick him up. 😊💖
The convenience and trust that everyone cares for my pup as much as I do. Their attention to detail and ensuring pets are safe and have fun while at Dogtopia is nice.

Ive been using DT Temecula for my dogs for over 5 years now and it has been such a relief to be able to drop them off for Daycare or boarding and know that they are getting the royal treatment that they deserve (especially Kimo- he is basically human).
Everyone is so nice and my puppy is always so happy to go. We use it for daycare, spa and boarding. We originally started him because my husband got cancer and he was going to be doing radioactive treatment that would be at home so our puppy couldn’t be around him for 3 weeks. So when I would leave I would take him to daycare to play so it wouldnt be so hard on him. We have never taken our dogs to daycare or boarding but we and he loved it so much I kept my monthly membership for daycare and spa. It’s great he gets to go play and comes home nice and clean. Win-win
My dog loves going there, she is super excited whenever we pull in the driveway. I love the fun activities they have for the pups, arts and crafts, races, pictures. My Lucy is nice and tired when she gets home. Staff is lovely and they show much love to all the pups!
From what I could see on the webcam, the 2 staff persons didn’t interact with the dogs. They walked around ready to pick up any droppings.
I hope to see more interaction as that is also part of the socialization.
My dog loves going to Dogtopia. He is always excited when we arrive and very happy when I pick him up. All the staff are very caring and give him a lot of love. They are easy to deal with and friendly. Highly recommend. 😊💖
