It’s very clean, the dogs are very well taken care of and the staff is very warm and welcoming.

I can’t recommend Dogtopia enough.. We rescued this Chinease Shar-Pai back in August at 4yrs. Old and he was sketch.. I tried re-homing him because he was not what the previous owner described. However, he kept improving and we got to learn his ways more. We took him to the place we normally board our previous dog and they didn’t even give a scared dog the chance, they turned us away. Then we took him to Dogtopia, and they were so patient with him trying to get him in the door and past the next door to go to where he does his meet and greet. They were extremely kind, and made me feel at ease, that Duke just needed to build trust in them and vice versa as we do as people. I’m happy to say he passed the meet and greet phase and we are able to board him when needed. We are even going to take him to doggy day care here to get him more comfortable everyday!

Fun day care. Chloe loves to go there.

We love how excited they are to see our dog and how happy he is when we pick him up. I do like the 1/2 day passes and that I don’t have to have a full membership so it gives us flexibility without having to feel like we are losing money because we don’t use some time.

I like that I can get online and see what my dog is doing and that the facilities look clean and well-maintained.

I’d like to see more enrichment stuff, in my old dog care they would charge $10 for activities where the doggie day care teachers would take the dogs that signed up for example 10 mins of play like fetch ( fetch it Fridays or ball pit Tuesdays) where they would get a small kids pool add plastic balls and have the dogs sniff for treats. Also would be great to see a camera in the suites for dog boarding. Thanks!
