Amazing staff!!!

While it had been awhile for one of our pup, Hemingway to have spent a day at daycare our new pup Viola was experiencing her first daycare experience. We were welcomed in to the facility while our pups headed out for a test on their temperament. As we toured the facilities we met so many of the staff. You could tell they really loved what they did. From separate small dog and large play rooms to the idea of nap time it provided a sense of being a top notch, well run facility. We are bringing our pups back for another day next week.

The staff is wonderful! Kind, friendly, and seem to really love my old doggy. She never wants to go, but she is well taken care of when she has to go. I love the car service. Its a great location for me, very convenient!

Everyone was very welcoming and professional. The facility was very clean and all employees appeared very happy in their work environment. I appreciated the “first day of school” photo and progress report on Charly’s first visit.

I can’t recommend Dogtopia enough.. We rescued this Chinease Shar-Pai back in August at 4yrs. Old and he was sketch.. I tried re-homing him because he was not what the previous owner described. However, he kept improving and we got to learn his ways more. We took him to the place we normally board our previous dog and they didn’t even give a scared dog the chance, they turned us away. Then we took him to Dogtopia, and they were so patient with him trying to get him in the door and past the next door to go to where he does his meet and greet. They were extremely kind, and made me feel at ease, that Duke just needed to build trust in them and vice versa as we do as people. I’m happy to say he passed the meet and greet phase and we are able to board him when needed. We are even going to take him to doggy day care here to get him more comfortable everyday!
