Safe, staff trained in dog behaviors

Facility is very clean and all of the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful with any questions I have. Dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia Viera and I know a huge factor for that is the facility and the staff. Thank you very much for giving my dog a great experience every week.

SB and Gimli absolutely love going to Dogtopia! I love that I can check in on them anytime with their cameras in the rooms! The staff always greets them by name and I see the employees loving on them throughout the day! I never worry or stress while they are there and I can tell when my dogs are due for a playdate! The fact that they drag me in every time we visit tells me just how much they love Dogtopia and all of their staff!

I appreciate the loving care that my dog receives, as well as the socialization with other dogs. He loves going to Dogtopia for daycare, boarding, and grooming. The staff is well-trained, trustworthy, and kind.

The hours, all the activities, grooming etc…

Easy grooming appointments, short wait time, good results. But one thing you can fix, is ONE receipt per customer, instead of a separate one for every service for every dog I don’t need 4 emailed receipts!

You interview all prospective dogs for the safety of the members.
The process of enrolling was easy.
The pickup and drop off was quick

Friendly staff and very caring.

Cleanliness. The urine smell hits me as soon as I open the door. No days are worse than others…it’s pretty consistent.

I love the care my dog gets and that she loves going.
