The whole experience from start to finish of our first day was perfect! Hazel loved her experience with the loving team and had a blast with her new friends. Having the cameras available was an added bonus so you could check in on your baby throughout the day. The plans are super affordable and offer so much flexibility to work with your schedule. I love that the company helps connect Veterans in need with companions to help them live their life to the fullest. Hazel and I are stoked to have found our new pack and cannot wait for our next playdate!

I love the ability to checkup on my pet during the day via the cam, the cost is reasonable, location is great for me in Viera, the staff is awesome and most of all my Sofia is happy!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My dog, Roxie, knows when we pull into to parking lot and drags me to the front door. To me, that’s a sign that she is going to a happy place. I’m at ease when I have to be out of town knowing that my girl is safe and happy. I also love the webcam.

Dogtopia is an excellent place to board or daycare your dog. We joined in Arizona and I was delighted to find a Dogtopia in Melbourne/Viera Florida when we moved. It is clean, cool and my dog gets lots of exercise when he is there.
I have been a Dogtopia member since 2019 and suddenly I was unable to view the webcam on the app or my desktop. I found this out the day before leaving on a trip. The manager at Viera, Sage, tried to help me. She tried to resolve it and when unsuccessful, gave me her login/pw so I could view my dog on my trip, which I did. After returning, she referred me to the IT team and gave me their email. Jim M was prompt in responding and after several emails back and forth, finally solved the problem. Thank you to both Sage and Jim for great customer service!
