I walked into Dogtopia Webster on a monday morning in the worst situation and every staff member went out of their way to help accommodate me and make sure my 3 dogs were taken care of. 2 weeks later and they are still going out of their way, my situation has become more stable, and they are still exceeding all expectations for my dogs because that is who they are and what they do every day. They all come to work every day to make sure that each owner and pet has the best experience. They make sure there is no stress when you drop your pet off. They keep you updated during the day when needed, they talk to you when you drop off and pick up. I’m excited that i’m moving to this area and will be a customer of this location going forward not just because of an emergency situation that brought me here. Thank you each and every one of you. Friendly and the dogs all seem to be happy every time they go there. All personnel all seem to really care about the dogs. ❤️

I like the fact that you have cameras so that I can check on my pups. I like that I can drop them off without an appointment. I appreciate phone calls when there is an incident with one of my dogs. It’s great that you have a calendar of special events such as special treats, pool parties in the summer, nail trim and grooming services and other fun activities for all the dogs.

The service crew was very friendly, informative, and considerate of my dog, Bea. She seemed to really enjoy her stay.

I have two elderly dogs with some special needs, and I was really impressed with how friendly and accommodating everyone was. The staff clearly cared and took the time to make sure my dogs were comfortable and well looked after. The facility was spotless—no unpleasant “dog smell” at all when I picked them up, which was a refreshing change from other places I’ve tried. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing they were in such a clean, caring environment. Highly recommend for anyone with senior pets or dogs that need a little extra attention.
