I love the cameras, and the special events, and how awesome the staff is! The staff is super friendly and willing to help the shy dogs and work with dogs who have special bonds with specific staffers. My pup goes to Dogtopia because I know he will be safe, have fun, and be treated just like the staff’s own family!

My fur baby Wyatt Vincent hadn’t been to daycare in a very long time. The staff made me feel safe regarding him being ok and that they would keep an eye out and call if anything. Sure enough everything went GREAT and I could see him playing on the camera having a great time!
The only concern is that there is a very strong odor but I do understand we are dealing with pets. But honestly the staff is wonderful and have been treated very well!

Texas is very hot, and this is a great way to ensure my dog is getting her exercise and socialization time in when’s it’s too hot to go outside.

The hours, handlers and location are perfect for our family!

The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. We love it how we can check up on how the dogs are doing through the day via their app.

I walked into Dogtopia Webster on a monday morning in the worst situation and every staff member went out of their way to help accommodate me and make sure my 3 dogs were taken care of. 2 weeks later and they are still going out of their way, my situation has become more stable, and they are still exceeding all expectations for my dogs because that is who they are and what they do every day. They all come to work every day to make sure that each owner and pet has the best experience. They make sure there is no stress when you drop your pet off. They keep you updated during the day when needed, they talk to you when you drop off and pick up. I’m excited that i’m moving to this area and will be a customer of this location going forward not just because of an emergency situation that brought me here. Thank you each and every one of you.
