I was in a panic when I discovered that a large section of the 8 ft tall privacy fence- separating me from the small private community park next door- had completely collapsed into my yard during a storm, and our power was out, so I drove around all night with my foster dog finding wifi and waiting for dog boarding facilities to open. After driving him to the nearest one and finding them closed due to the power outage, I called 2 more that were recommended. Both had lengthy intake processes and one wasn’t even willing to talk about their process; it was as if she thought I should already know.
Having had a brief, but positive experience with another foster I took to Dogtopia, I called them and they said I just needed to email the vet records and come on in. After a very long night of worry about losing the dog, having no power, and a flooded bedroom, I was relieved that someone made something easy for me!
And they continued to make it easy throughout. They also communicated well with me on how he was doing while there.
I used to think it was far, but it’s right off the hwy and just one stoplight. The shopping center also isn’t crammed or too busy.

Very friendly staff to clients and pets, personalized care to every pet and streaming video to see your buddy while you are away. Very clean and thoughtfully designed facility.
Duke loves going there. His tail is wagging like crazy when they come out to get him from the car.
