It was our first experience with Dogtopia. A meet and greet to decide if it’s the right place to board our lovely Dike when we have to travel. They were very kind with our dog and with us, clarifying all our doubts. Dike is our four leg daughter, so for my husband and I it’s very important to know that she is in good/safe/loving hands.
He has such a great time & plays so hard, comes home exhausted š¶ plus he loves everyone ā¤ļø

Ms. Megan absolutely delivered fantastic customer service! She was very personable with me and helped eased my fear with her level of care and knowledge about fur babies.
I love the dynamics of the business, the technology part (the app, text communications, and webcams), so you can check in to an observe your fur baby throughout the day. This is major for me.
Lastly, the employees knew each fur baby by name as the parents pulled up for curbside service. So, I didnāt feel like I was living my fur baby with strangers! Definitely 5 star service!!
