I haven’t seen anyone get inpatient with my pup.
When she is corrected and put on a neck leash, I appreciate that you don’t pull on her with neck leash. That can can be very harmful to dogs physically and emotionally and especially if they have some anxiety.
Always friendly, personable and thoughtful. Love the reminders and updates. There is great customer service in being willing to connect with our vet directly to insure health records are up to date. Just a good overall experience.

All the employees there are nice and listen to any issues I may have with my dog. They offer extra treats for a small amount of money and a special birthday picture.
