I like the webcam. It feels very transparent and I appreciate that. A lot of places want extra for it. Plus, the coaches pet and snuggle the dogs and try to make them comfortable.

You have friendly staff that obviously love dogs. My dog is always happy when I pick him up and always wants to go back (he knows the word “Dogtopia” and gets excited when I ask him if he wants to go there).
