Staff is incredibly friendly, knows every dog by name and cares deeply about the wellbeing of the pups. Signing up for daycare is so easy. My pup is young and still learning to be separated and I love that I can check on her on the camera. Drop off and pick up are less than 5 minutes which is awesome when heading to or from work!
That staff has been great with our dog!

Lower prices
Compared to dogtopia in ahwatukee, here in historic they take forever to bring your dog when you pick him up, in Ahwatukee they were really fast and niceer, idk seems that the people in Ahwatukee i can tell they super super love Charley and i feel like he was more happy in Ahwatukee but cause i had to moved this way i have to moved Charley to historic, also another thing that i don’t like from here is that on the weekends they close the cameras and put the dogs in the kennels at 5:00 pm when in dogtopia they do at 7 pm, that give less time for my dog to move around or play and he have to be stuck in the kennels for 2 more hours so if I pick him up around 10 pm he have to be locked up for 5 hours which i don’t really like that, i prefer that they do that at 7 pm instead of 5 pm on the weekends
My dog is happy yo go there and he always have fun, also all the staff are very nice and easy to deal with.

I had to transition between locations and the staff at both locations made the process seamless! My pup loves it!
