Great people who work there. It’s a cool place for dogs. Love that dogs can get baths, treats, fun days and other services. Great concept, exceptionally delivered!
Friendly staff, they know us by name, always smiling and positive. Bruno enjoys his time every-time.
Wish you could just fix the camera angle at “the beach” so we can have a better view of the whole room just like how the cameras provide that visibility at the other rooms.
I like that my pup Blossom loves her time at Day care. She’s been a regular and the staff at Historic midtown location are wonderful to her. They are always helpful, friendly and kind. Great staff!!! Blossom and I appreciate everything at Dogtopia💕
I was watching the webcam on Thursday. About 11:45. They were starting to put the dogs in the kennels. I watched the girl try to drag Teddy into the crate and when he wouldn’t go in she out the leash on him and tried to drag him into the crate. I will be the first to say he is very stubborn and even though he’s a large dog he’s only 10 months old and doesnot respond to harsh treatment. I would think you’d use the treats aI send with his lunch or something that he’d see as positive reinforcement so that eventually he’ll associate the crate with treats and his lunch versus something negative I have left a message and am waiting for someone to contact me.

The hours and location are very convenient for me. My dog is hesitant but seems to enjoy her time here. I love checking the webcams. I work long hours away from home and this is better than her being at home alone – I’m especially interested in her interacting with other humans and she is making progress, I think.
Ease of drop off and pick up to and from kind and courteous team members.
Appreciate the attentiveness of the staff and their ability to deal with the pups. Also the way they touch the dog parents.
