My dog LOVES to go to Dogtopia Historic Phoenix!
He is loved and well cared for by very competent people while there.

The hours and location are very convenient for me. My dog is hesitant but seems to enjoy her time here. I love checking the webcams. I work long hours away from home and this is better than her being at home alone – I’m especially interested in her interacting with other humans and she is making progress, I think.

Ease of drop off and pick up to and from kind and courteous team members.

Appreciate the attentiveness of the staff and their ability to deal with the pups. Also the way they touch the dog parents.

Your friendly staff and their flexibility

Please get a real sunscreen for the entrance door and windows. It’s horrible picking up my dog with the sun blazing in!!!! I’ve referred 2 families to you because of your staff but I’m super frustrated that many customers have asked ownership for sunscreens and you still haven’t installed any!!!!!

Hours, location and pet guardians

There have been several times I have dropped off and picked up that it takes longer than 5 minutes to have a person make an appearance. At times the language of the music has been not exactly appropriate, with words like nigger and racial slurs, not exactly comfortable and appropriate for a business with clients of all races. The service is inconsistent from the staff, not everyone or every day is not great. There are many great days, but the not great days are becoming more frequent. The additional help in the morning at heavy drop off is helpful, but there isn’t the same service at heavy pickup times. I have seen times where the wrong dog has been brought out as well as seen and experience the wrong collar/leash come out on the wrong dog because “all the leashes and collars got messed up.”

The people that work at DT. Everyone is professional and they love my dogs no matter how hyper or anxious they can be.
