Professionalism and Flexibility

Staff is very friendly, they pay attention to details, very clean place, our dog comes back happy, staff is very caring.

The staff are so welcoming and really spend time getting to know the dogs’ personalities.

I thought $130 was on the high side for a bath and flea dip. Grooming in Orlando includes the bath for much less. To be honest though, I’ve never had my dog flea dipped. I was visiting Jacksonville and my dog got fleas from hotel or Ed Austin park, so Dogtopia took him right in. Staff was exceptional and met one of the owners who offered me a tour. It was a one off since I don’t live in Jax. I appreciate all they did for my boy.

The people are great and it makes me feel good knowing they all really care for my dog

the grooming was maybe the best we ever had. i will say that 95.00 the smallest dog is overpriced . we used a coupon and that made it affordable and got us to come in

The dog likes it and comes back happy and healthy.
It is also fun for me as a pet parent without human children to get the crafts and photos and report cards

I love this dog topia on beach boulevard , and most of all diesel , my great dane loves it to. The staff and Molly and Barb and Peggy are wonderful very informative. And you can tell that they care about their staff as well as the pop sin owners themselves. I would highly recommend. This location to anyone
