The dog handlers are well-trained. All the staff very caring towards the doggies that go there. Good calendar, well thought-out activities. Love the doggie cam!

The communication isn’t all that is could be. More so than internal communication between team members. Also, the billing situation could be a little bit more improved.
Although we love the service and the company, these issues do prevent us to prevent us from being 100% satisfied
The team members are wonderful. The communication need to improve, whether it’s documenting in the computer system or verbally. If one team member says some thing, it should be put into the system so other team members know what’s going on with that particular client.
