Exceptionally great people. Treated our dog with tremendous kindness and professionalism. The owner went out of her way to help us while visiting Jacksonville during a medical emergency. Extremely attentive to our needs and exhibited a true interest in us as well as our pet. We would highly recommend Dogtopia and would certainly use them again.

While riding, my Seamus gets excited as he realizes we are close to Dogtopia. Then he sleeps for hours after a day at the center. If I skip a day, he mopes, turns his head away from me, or gives me a side-eye. Guess he really likes Dogtopia and the staff there. They all seem to love him!

From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much the owners and staff genuinely care—not just about the dogs, but about the people too. The team is incredible: attentive, kind, and always so welcoming. You can tell this isn’t just a job for them… they truly love what they do.
Asher gets SO excited every time we pull up—tail wagging, ready to run in and see his favorite humans (and of course his dog friends 🐶). That kind of enthusiasm says everything about the environment they’ve created.
It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s in a safe, clean, and loving space where he’s not just being watched, but genuinely cared for and engaged.
