Not charging for daycare when it’s required for boarding. Especially because you’ll also be paying for boarding. Other than that I love the facility and the staff so far! Great job!
Everyone was so friendly and the customer service was amazing and they made sure that I understood their policy and no the programs that they had to offer that would be best suited for my for a baby. One of the ladies even gave me her personal cell number in the event that I have questions or concerns.
Staff is super friendly and facility is efficient and very clean.
