Everyone was so friendly and the customer service was amazing and they made sure that I understood their policy and no the programs that they had to offer that would be best suited for my for a baby. One of the ladies even gave me her personal cell number in the event that I have questions or concerns.

I love that my dog can play, rest, and get a bath all in the same day! Everyone is super nice!
For my shy small dog a less crowded space would be best for her at least while she gets adjusted. I would like to be able to see her on video while crate is used 12-2 to know how she adjusts to that.
The service has been amazing and my dog comes home happy and tired. You can tell he has a full day of fun!!
