The staff is all great, its clean, love that I can see my dog on webcam and I know he is cared for. My dog is also happy to go and stay when ai bring him!

Spotty loved his bath with dogtopia. He returned clean, fuzz-free and happy, with a two hour turn around. I really liked how clean and bright the store was, and enjoyed watching the carefully monitored play area. (The dogs seemed to enjoy checking out the visitors as well.). Thought the franchise was well-run and the staff very friendly and dog-oriented
