Awesome staff, clean facility & fun activities for the pups.

Everyone was so nice and really seems to care about the dogs. The way they greeted everyone it felt like a family. Looking forward to having Violet be a part of that.

I especially like how you greet us, know the names, and offer the webcam to check on our pups. So happy we found you.

The staff is always friendly and welcome! They get to know your fur baby as well as you and make efforts. I love the different events offered. I also like that I can pull up the camera and see my little guy enjoying himself. I never worry about his safety and well being while he is there.

I had a few questions about payment, i am not sure this was communicated well. I had to follow up with a phone call, but staff were very friendly and the tour of facilities was good and informative.

The staff is amazing! They care about my dogs as much as I do. Every concern I have called for was attended to right away, literally when I was still in the phone with them. They took all my concerns seriously and took whatever actions needed to make me feel more relax about them being there. Never made me feel bad about anything. My dogs and I love Dogtopia of Katy! Recommend this facility to everyone!
