Staff are flexible to meet our dogs’ needs, including Jake’s fear of thunder storms, which we didn’t think to tell Dogtopia.
One day over the summer, Dogtopia staff noticed Jake was acting differently by asking to go inside from the yard, so they took his cue and allowed him to go in. This was an amazing outcome for this boy with a past we don’t know – he communicated, was listened to and allowed to go inside to feel safe, which parallels everything we would do at home.

My dog loves the staff and all the fun event days. Staff works hard to keep the dogs happy!

They should be outside more. I understand extreme heat or cold they would be inside but other than that they should be outside.

Staff members are consistently kind & highly skilled in meeting the needs of our pups & their humans. Our pup has been a “regular” at Dogtopia for over 8 years; we are so grateful for all the TLC they always give to him.

The only issue I had with Dogtopia was the smell of dog urine as soon as you entered the building and the office area. Surprisinly, when I took the tour of where the dogs were housed, there was no smell. Other than that, the facility is well-run and the employees are all welcoming and caring.
